If you are a first time customer, you will need to choose your Pickup Location and create an account. Simply add the items you need to your cart, then send the order to us by clicking the Place Your Order button at the end of the checkout process.
You will receive a confirmation email with your ESTIMATED order total. After we pull your order you will receive a second email letting you know we pulled your order and it will include your FINAL total based on the actual weight of the meat. If you chose Paypal as your payment choice you can click the link in the second email and pay your FINAL total at that point.
To Pick-Up at a drop point:
Meet us at the pickup location you selected at checkout. Bring your order number and we will locate your cooler. Then simply transfer your food from our cooler to yours.
To Pick-Up in our store:
If you selected to pickup in-store, we will be in touch with you when the order is ready for pickup.
Payment can be made online by credit card at the time of checkout (and you can save your card for future purchases), by cash at pickup, or by PayPal using the link in the confirmation email.
There are order deadlines several days before delivery day. Please, be respectful of our schedule and order on time. The full details for order deadlines and pickup times are on each pickup location page.
Be sure to bring your own cooler to the pickup location. You will need to transfer the product from our cooler to yours.
